Getting older
Started PT this past week for getting older. A couple of weeks ago I had lots of trouble tying my right shoe lace. Headed to MD’s and sent to PT. Getting better and have take home exercises. Getting in and out of bed/car takes some planning. Will be back to semi normal in a couple of weeks according to the PT’s. Only vouching for physically not mentally. That’s it

You can't bend over? Woo...And you are not the oldest. Good grief. Try the treadmill...water exercises...eliptical...Morning and evening. It will keep you limber or kill you...choose one. Stay the course, kido.
