Heat Wave Over???

Well maybe for a couple of days.  Raining now - a little relief for the water bill.  Also 77 degree temp will save some on the electric bill!  Still surviving and SOS in Big R.  Dull and booring.

Ready for winter

More days above 100 probably all week. Setting records daily for high temps.  At least I work inside in the AC.  YEAH!!  Other than heat all normal.

New Week

This week will have temps above 100 all week.  Happy for the AC but hate TXU bills.  Riding my bike but being very careful with the heat etc.  At the rest stops if I can use the restroom I know I’m drinking enuff fluids🤓  Back to work and will have 3 new RPh on the staff needing training.  That is about all that is new

Chilly

Had to turn on the furnace and get out the autumn (was going to say winter but knew that was not believable) clothes.  Been in the 70’s at night and high 80’s low 90’s last week.  This time of the year is not just hot - but as the weather people say “IT’S TEXAS HOT”!!!  Went for my first bike ride this am since March.  Made the 10miles.  There is a guy in the neighborhood that is doing Monday Morning Bike rides.  Made for the retired.  Had fun but not as factor far as my normal rides but back.  Will go back and hopefully increase the mileage.  He took a couple of riders. That finished with the group on for more miles but I thought I had had enuff.  Off to work 3 days this week no time off.

For those of you complaining about the heat “COME ON DOWN” for the real heat.  99-100’s all week but does cool off to 90 at night. So we can sleep and save electricity on the AC.  Only have to “work” 2 days this week. YEAH!!!  Off today so watching Jerry and Maury - very interesting?

Another week

The canary from MI e-mailed me an article about VA RPh and repetitive motions/positional injuries.  Inknow about that and have tried to avoid them - but tiff to do.  Getting better and one more MD appointment. (Previous one rescheduled by MD). Heat continuing and might be rainy the next 4-5 days.   Nee$ the rain and we will see.  Other than the above SOS-DD. All for this one

HOT

Going to be in the 100’s later on in the week.  Happy the AC is working.  Shoulders are better and have 2 new MD appts in June.  One with rheumatologist and the other to test nerve conduction.  Had nerve conduction at one time at the VA as I had bad computer/ screen placement and had numbness/tingling in the arm when bending my neck. Had Dr Mengele’s assistant do the tests at the VA.  (At least that is what he said kiddingly with his heavy German/Dutch accent).  4 day weekend but then that is normal for me so I guess it is SOS-DD.  All for now untilImcan think up more BS
